Traci's Favorite Simple Salad

This, from the girl who never even ate lettuce before her 30’s! I eat this salad just about every day in the spring and summer – and several times a week all year.
*Note: it’s a great investment to purchase a bottle or 2 of a good flavored oil and balsamic from a specialty oil/vinegar store. You can sample them in the store, and choose your favorite flavor combos.
A little goes a LONG way, and you’ll love these healthy alternatives to bottled salad dressing. They add a light and fresh taste, and don’t weigh down the baby greens.
Fill a plate with several cups of Baby Spring Mix Lettuces
Sprinkle with a little feta, a few dried cranberries (or seasonal fruit, such as mango, strawberries, apples, raspberries, etc…), a sprinkle of candied pecans, and drizzle with a good *flavored salad oil, and *flavored balsamic. Stir, and LOVE! :)
